1. Eligibility

• The "2 for Rs. 777 Offer & Nykaa Voucher Giveaway" ("Campaign") is organized by Bayhue Consumer Private Limited ("Organizer") under the brand name Dence.
• The Campaign is open to all residents of India who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
  

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign begins on 19th September 2026 and ends on 30th September 2026 ("Campaign Period"). Orders placed outside this window will not be eligible for the giveaway.
  

3. How to Enter

• To participate, customers must purchase the "2 units for Rs. 777" bundle from the Organizer’s official website during the Campaign Period.
• Upon checkout or order confirmation, customers must answer the creative prompt: "What will you do with the Nykaa voucher?" in the designated text field.
  

4. Winner Selection (Game of Skill)

• This contest is a Game of Skill. Chance, random draws, or luck play no part in determining the winners.
• A total of 10 winners will be selected by an internal panel of judges appointed by the Organizer.
• Entries will be judged strictly based on originality, creativity, and wit. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
• The 10 selected winners will each receive one Nykaa Gift Voucher worth Rs. 10,000.
  

5. Rolling Winner Announcements

• Winners will be announced on our official Instagram handle @_letsdence and notified via their registered email address/phone number on a rolling basis:
• First 5 Winners: Announced on 25th September 2026
• Final 5 Winners: Announced on 30th September 2026
  

6. Assured Freebie

• Every successful order of the "2 units for Rs. 777" bundle will receive an assured freebie consisting of either a 100ml Travel Size Bodywash or a 100g Bathing Bar (any variant chosen from the 14 available variants, subject to stock availability).
• Assured freebies are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credits.

7. Prize Disclaimers

• The Rs. 10,000 Nykaa vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit from the Organizer.
• Brand Disclaimer: This Campaign is independently run by the Organizer. Nykaa (FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd.) is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, endorser, or administrator of this contest. All gift vouchers are purchased independently by the Organizer to reward Dence customers.

• Right to Modify or Cancel: Bayhue Consumer Private Limited reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter, or modify this contest or any part thereof (including eligibility criteria and terms) at any time without prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the participants to check the rules and regulations on the website.
• Prize Entitlement & Substitutions: The participant(s) hereby agree(s) and confirm(s) that mere announcement/declaration of being selected as a participant will not entitle the participant to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives. Bayhue Consumer Private Limited reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or equivalent value if necessary.
• Limitation of Health & Personal Liability: Bayhue Consumer Private Limited is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, or mental trauma caused to the viewer/participant(s) in any manner whatsoever, in connection to the contest.
• No Financial Reimbursements: Bayhue Consumer Private Limited shall in no manner reimburse/incur any cost, expense, or losses including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss caused due to absence, etc. arising out of the participation in the contest and/or enjoyment of the prize, and the participant(s) shall solely bear/incur the same.

• Voluntary Participation: This contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this contest is voluntary. By participating in the contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Bayhue Consumer Private Limited, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Bayhue Consumer Private Limited and its services/products.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The terms of these rules and regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute or any other matter arising in reference to the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
